On January 13, 2011 the entire membership of Local 1101 voted to amend our current By-Laws. This decision was appealed through the CWA Constitution appeals process. On March 25, 2011 the National union declared the referendum conducted by the American Arbitration Association null and void. The Local will be appealing this decision. When the local appeal is submitted we will bring you more detailed information.
